How soon can I get the live illustrations after an event?
When planning an event, you know how important it is to create a memorable and engaging experience for your attendees. One of the most common questions I’m asked is: How soon can I get the live illustrations after my event?
The answer is simple: almost immediately! Since I work digitally on my iPad, the entire process - drawing, coloring, shading, and layout - happens in real time. This means you’ll receive the final digital files right after the event, usually within 30 minutes. In fact, I often send them while I’m still at the event!
Sharing live illustration images
This instant delivery allows you to share the illustrations on social media - whether it’s Twitter, Instagram, or elsewhere - while your audience is still engaged and thinking about your event. It’s a fantastic way to keep the momentum going and increase your event’s impact.
During the event
You can also choose to display the illustrations live during the event itself. Here’s how:
Live streaming: The drawings can be projected directly from my iPad onto a screen, so attendees can watch the artwork come to life.
Progress updates: During breaks (like lunch), you can showcase the morning’s illustrations, giving attendees a chance to see how the artwork is evolving.
Grand reveal: At the end of the event, the final illustration can be unveiled to the audience. If you’d like, I can also speak about the artwork, highlighting the key points I’ve captured through my drawings.
After the event
Once the event is over, you’ll receive the files in your preferred format - PDF, image file, or both - along with an animated time-lapse video showing the illustration coming together. These assets are ready for you to use instantly, whether for social media, event recaps, or promo materials.
